Naidu to meet farmers today November 7, 2011 ONGOLE. NOV Naidu to meet farmers today The Telugu Desam (TD) leaders made all arrangements for the success of TD president, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu’s Rythu Porubata on Monday in Prakasam district. Mr Naidu will interact with farmers in fields between 9 am and 3 pm and lunch with them. He will perform pujas in the Anjaneyasswamy temple at Boppudi at 8.30 am before starting his tour. During his yatra, Mr Naidu will interact with farmers to know their plight due to the prevailing drought conditions in the region. He will visit fields in Anantavaram, Chilukuripalem, Vinjanampadu, Poluru and other areas. The TD leaders have also made arrangements to mobilise farmers for the public meeting at Yaddanapudi in the evening. Before leaving for Guntur district, Mr Naidu will unveil the NTR statue at Punuru village. The Telugu Rythu state president, Mr Karanam Balaramakrishnamurthy, TD district president, Mr Damacherla Janardhan, former MLA, Mr Gottipati Narsaiah, and other leaders have gone through a 15 km route in the fields and directed party cadre to participate in the Rythu Porubata yatra.
