TD conducts bypoll campaign

ONGOLE, MAY 5
Telugu Desam leaders conducted a byelection campaign in the 16th ward of
Ongole town on Saturday in support of their party candidate Damacharla
Janardhan. Telugu Rythu state president and former legislator, Karanam
Balaramakrishnamurthy along with Janardhan met voters in the
house-to-house campaign and appealed them to cast their votes to TD.
Mr Balaramakrishnamurthy alleged that Congress had never worked for
the town development and claimed all development was carried during TD
government. He mentioned various scams and corruptions of Congress and
YSRC leaders and predicted that duo parties would rob state public if
voters give another chance to the parties.
Mr Janardhan vowed to develop Ongole in large scale in coming days if
voters give him a chance as Ongole MLA. Former MLA, Mr E. Haribabu and
others participated in the campaign.
