Dokka holds bypoll campaign

The Congress leaders have
intensified byelection campaign in various wards of the Ongole town on Friday.
Minister for rural development, Mr Dokka Manikyavaraprasad Rao, Congress
candidate Ms Magunta Parvatamma and other leaders campaigned for Congress.
Recalling developmental activities of Congress government, Mr Manikyavaraprasad
Rao claimed that only Congress is capable of implementing welfare schemes for
the welfare of poor and vowed to develop all backward communities of the
society. Responding to drinking water complaints of public, he assured
resolving them and further assured about developing colonies of town.
Mentioning services of Magunta
family to the Ongole constituency people minister asked people to vote in
favour of Parvatamma for Ongole development. Ms Parvatamma said that Congress
government would develop town in all aspects and asked people to give a huge
win to Congress for all round Ongole development. Kondepi MLA, Mr G. V. Seshu,
Santanutalapadu MLA, Mr B. N. Vijaykumar and Pradesh Congress Committee
secretary, Mr A. Ghanashyam reeled out developmental activities. Ms Parvatamma
interacted women voters and asserted development of women by Congress. Later
minister, MLAs along with Parvatamma staged a road show.
